- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of your receiving it. Please contact me as soon as you decide you are not satisfied so that we can work quickly to resolve the issue.
- All items will be shipped via USPS first class mail. If you need your order shipped another way, please contact me so we can make those arrangements.
- FreeGirl Designs currently accepts payments via PayPal only. It is the easiest way for all parties involved. You are not required to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.
- Items will not be made until payment has been received so the quicker the invoice is paid, the sooner you will have your goodies in your hands!
***Current turn around time for ordered items is 2 weeks. The time starts at the time I receive your payment. Please remember that all items are custom made at the time of purchase. I do my very best to get your items out much quicker and will let you know as soon as they ship!
